Batch Print Charts, Pages, Snap Reports, and More!

Batch Schedule printing saves you time and effort and prints during hours when your printer is not being used. You can have a fresh set of chart handouts every morning automatically. Batch Schedule printing allows you to set up a particular date and time to print historical, intraday, and performance charts; snap reports; estimates reports; dividend, sales, and splits company history reports; custom prices pages, and attribution reports.
Example – Batch Print Charts:
1.      Select Tools > Batch Print Setup from the Tools menu.

2.      You will see an edit screen. On this screen select:

  • The ticker list you want to use to print charts
  • The type of chart you want printed, either Historical or Intraday
  • Select the cycle limit; thirty is the default and thus thirty charts will print
  • Select the batch days and times

3.      Select OK when done

4.      To run the batch select Tools > Batch Print

You will note a "check mark" next to the Batch Print selection. The Batch will print, nightly, weekly etc. according to the schedule set up.
